Working collaboratively can be very challenging. Relying on others and placing faith in their work ethic and their loyalty to a team effort can be difficult. Often it is tempting to work ahead or crossing roles in achieving a task; however, one would miss out on the most important part of the process which is the connectedness. When a sense of team is truly developed and members are linked together, unity is born. Multiple points of view converging while striving to achieve a common goal collaboratively is a beautiful masterpiece in leadership design. The collaborative writing experience has been a valuable and nurturing process in growing as a professional. I look forward to continuing this process along with strengthening the bond with my teammate in attaining knowledge and skills along the way.
